  Only concerned with getting the money. Could care less about repairs getting done in any kind of quality manner. They never answer there phone and there office is a mail box out a ups store. What are they hiding from? Very unprofessional and extremely poor communication. I would not do any business with them in any way. I moved into a filthy place with bugs all over the place and maggots in the trash...now they want me to clean it to extremes upon moving out. Do not do business with these folks they are dishonest and unprofessional.

  This company has a BIG issue with HONESTY. Caught lying from the start. They actually attempted to have an application fee for someone that WASN'T even going to be living there...and no we did not need a guarantor. Furthermore, you can't EVER get a hold of a representative. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION EITHER. IDENTITY THEFT VICTIMS BEWARE. Finally, I would NOT do business with them....this goes for OWNERS and RENTERS. STAY AWAY!!! MNHOMERENTAL IS A JOKE.
